Shayna Grunewald

CEO

Shayna is a Lake County native and a 3rd generation Floridian. Shayna has been leading Lake Centre Home Care since 2017.

When Shayna took over as CEO, the agency had about 34 patients a month. Lake Centre Home Care now averages over 200 a month.

Shayna’s proven leadership has guided the agency through all the challenges that comes with growth. Shayna has a BA in Communications from The University of Central Florida and an MBA from Liberty University.

Lori Davis

COO

Lori is a Lake County native who grew up in neighboring Sumter County and is a 2nd generation Floridian.

Lori spent 28 years in the financial services industry before joining Lake Centre Home Care in her current roll as COO.

She originally joined Lake Centre Home Care in 2017 on a part time basis as the CFO and transitioned to full time COO in 2021. Lori has a BA in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. Lori also received her MBA from Saint Leo University.
